Are you finding your worth in your "busyness?"
Are you finding your worth in your relationships? (mother/father/daughter/wife/husband etc)
Are you finding your worth in your possessions ? ( house you live in/car you drive)
Are you finding your worth in your college degrees?
Are you finding your worth in your job/business titles?
If we are finding our worth in any of these , then sadly we are just living in the matrix defined by people. And who defined this matrix? The ones who did , were they smarter than us? If our worth in "conditional" on anything outside of us, then we will only be chasing happiness.
